Originally made for a family member with a super-sensitive, itchy scalp, our Cream Conditioner is as gentle and nourishing as they come, without compromising on performance. It’s the perfect match for our Milk Shampoo and is suitable for the whole family.
While most conditioners rely on silicone-based ingredients (look for words ending in -cone), we’ve taken a different route. Our formula uses natural ingredients that actually nourish the hair and scalp - no build-up, no irritation, no funny business.
Sure, silicone makes your hair feel silky, but it doesn’t actually hydrate. It coats the hair in a slippery film that builds up over time, leaving locks limp and scalps cranky. We skip the harsh synthetics and instead use lightweight, plant-based oils that absorb into the hair to deliver real moisture, shine and softness. Bonus points for being a breeze to detangle too!
Our Cream Conditioner is a curly-hair favourite thanks to its smoothing power without the weight. Some customers even skip the shampoo and use this solo - just Google “no-poo method” to see why!
And yes, it smells as lovely as it feels, thanks to our natural phthalate-free fragrant oil that’s kind to sensitive skin and scalps.
How to Use: After shampooing, squeeze out excess water and work conditioner through the lengths of your hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes before rinsing well. For best results, pair with our Milk Shampoo. Both are Silicone-free for a fresh, weightless feel.

I have dry / oily hair. Is this conditioner right for me?
Both of our conditioners are made for all hair types - it’s just about how you use it! If your hair tends to be oily, use a smaller amount and focus on the ends. If it’s on the dry side, apply a little more and let it soak in before rinsing. No need for separate formulas made to suit dry or oily - just adjust to what your hair needs!
Is it safe for sensitive scalps or skin conditions?
Definitely. The Cream Conditioner was originally made for a family member with a sensitive, itchy scalp, so we left out common irritants and used calming, skin-loving ingredients instead. If you’ve got a dry and sensitive scalp or are prone to Eczema, Psoriasis or Dermatitis, it’s a great option.
Can I use this conditioner on kids or during pregnancy?
Absolutely. Our Cream Conditioner is made with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients - free from silicones, harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. It’s safe for use on kids, during pregnancy and even for bub’s first curls.
Is it suitable for curly or frizzy hair?
100%! Our curly-haired customers love it for keeping frizz at bay and curls hydrated without feeling heavy or greasy. It’s rich enough to moisturise and light enough to let curls do their thing. Some even use it as a co-wash (aka “no-poo method”) instead of shampoo!
Is Cream Conditioner colour-safe?
Yes! Our formula is gentle, non-stripping, and made without harsh detergents or sulphates, making it safe to use on colour-treated or chemically processed hair.
Is this product made of milk?
We aren’t called MooGoo because our products are made with milk. If you think about it, putting any meaningful amount of fresh milk into a hair care product and then putting it on a shelf in a store for a while would not end well – yuck! We do use ethically and sustainably sourced Milk Protein from a credible Australian supplier in our hair care products because research has found that it helps to protect hair fibres and revitalise hair's natural protective layer.

I can’t seem to get all of the product out of the bottle with the pump? Why is this happening?
When it comes to products with higher viscosity (thicker in nature), it can be harder for them to be dispensed through a pump system when the product is running low. This means that you might not be able to access every last drop with the pump provided. To get your hands on the last bit of product in the bottle after it can no longer be pumped, simply turn the bottle upside down and allow the product to make its way to the top of the bottle with the help of gravity. Now when you unscrew the cap, the product will be there ready for you to use and enjoy as needed. Another trick to getting the last bit of Conditioner out of the bottle is to add a small amount of water and shake together with the remaining product to make it a bit thinner so it can more easily be dispensed through the pump.

Jojoba Seed Oil
Jojoba Oil is extracted from jojoba seeds and is one of our all-time favourite oils to use. While it is actually a liquid wax, it is non-comedogenic (it does not clog the pores), extremely moisturising, light and sinks into the skin easily.
Olive Oil
Olive Oil is derived from the ripe olive fruit. It’s packed with antioxidants and has a balanced fatty acid composition, which restores moisture and nourishment to compromised skin. Olive Oil is a great additive to natural and edible skin care.
Behentrimonium Methosulfate
Canola-based ingredient that helps to detangle and smooth the hair, and is also believed to have anti-static and anti-frizz properties.
Natural Coconut Fragrance
We helped to develop a special kind of fragrant oil, whereby each component in it is less than the EU allergy threshold. This is how we can have a pleasant-smelling product without the reactions. All our fragrances are free from phthalates.
Milk Protein
Milk Protein is easily absorbed by hair fibres and creates a protective protein layer. It also penetrates into every layer of the cuticle, which revitalises the hair’s natural protective layer by providing support where it’s needed. The result is vital, protected and healthy hair.
