We do our very best to reply to all emails and inquiries within 24 hours, but sometimes our replies can be blocked by email server spam settings and never reach your mailbox. If you have been in touch and not heard back from us in a reasonable amount of time, please give us a call and we can assist you immediately. We do take a break on weekends and public holidays though - our creams do a great job, but there’s no substitute for rest, relaxation and beauty sleep.
