I use it after I've shampooed & conditioned then I leave this in whilst I shower then rinse out, works wonders.
If I put it in & leave it as per instructions my head will get oily.

For stressed hair
I used this as a conditioner after washing my hair in the caravan. Never enough hot water for wash and rinse, so was a god send.

This is great! You can totally skip the conditioner in the shower and use this product instead! You can even use a tiny bit on the ends of your hair when dry :)
